Clerical (Casual part-time)

Principal Duties:

This position consists of a diverse mix of administrative tasks which could include data entry, scheduling pickups, notifying customers of deliveries, and tracking OS&D (overages/shortages/damages). This is an as-needed, on call position to replace or supplement regular work force in a 24/7 operation.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Able to type 35 WPM and 9,000 keystrokes on a ten-key. Need to have ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment, have outstanding telephone communication & organizational skills.

 

Preferred Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, & transportation experience preferred.
