Please bring a resume and be prepaired for a brief interview with a memeber of our management team.Responds to client phone calls and investigates, researches, analyzes and resolves problems. Responds to client requests relating to products or services ranging from small and simple, to clients with larger and/or more difficult multiple levels/functions. Calls clients on a proactive basis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and makes sure that current product features are being utilized and understood. Remains proficient on current products and learns future products and new tools to be utilized in servicing clients. Researches, designs and modifies features to meet clients' specific needs. Works with programming if changes or set-ups are required. Establishes project plans and completion dates for spin offs, merges and standardization of multiple controls. Requires a working knowledge of all payroll special features, including Management Reports, special calculations, benefit accruals, etc. Initiates reruns and follows up as needed. Proactively checks ESS schedules, MR's, payroll and general ledger schedules to keep reruns from occurring. Provides technical expertise and guidance to other representatives. May assist in their training, or make
recommended changes to classes or new procedures. Develops plans for clients accounts and reviews how needs may have changed for them. Creates a plan
annually on how year-end will be handled. Follows up on any new programs or plans instituted to ensure satisfaction. Organizes balancing and year end products for all functions of an account to ensure a smooth year end process. Receives training on ADP Payroll and HR products and keeps up-to-date on all new product rollouts as well as existing offerings. Continues to update knowledge through available resources to ensure familiarity on legislative changes in taxes and wage and hour laws. Maintains appropriate records on all client calls and provides follow-up on client surveys to check on how service and service charges have been received. May prepare statistical reports regarding client base on: quality scores, business retention, revenue base. Keeps immediate supervisor appraised of activities on a monthly basis.
Experience in a service environment is critical. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task a must. Excellent analysis and follow up skills a must. Ability to collaborate. Responsible. Experience in PC applications/Windows and MS Office Suite.
