Client Care Specialists

Looking for a chance to make a difference?  Continued growth at Compass Bank has created exceptional opportunities within our Retail Banking Group for Client Care Specialists/Analysts in our Tempe Operations Center.  We have both full (40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) positions available.

 

You will respond to and resolve telephone and/or written service inquiries according to established procedures and the bank's service quality focus.  Involves working with customers to resolve their concerns/complaints about their experience with the bank and doing your best to retain/maintain the customer relationship with Compass.

 

Additionally, you will work with customer contact employees to develop their skills in problem resolution; work with banking centers to retain customer accounts; and serve as the expert point-of-contact for those customer service issues that require escalation.  You will prepare management reports for your area/branch assignments, and assist with special projects on an as needed basis.

 

Qualified candidates will have a strong customer service background that includes demonstrated conflict resolution with problem clients/customers.  Prior banking experience is a definite plus.  You must have a high school diploma or GED.  Excellent interpersonal communication skills; PC proficiency; attention to detail; and the ability to work independently are all essential.
