The Florida Default Law Group is a mid-sized Real Estate law firm located in Tampa, Florida across from the Veteran's Expressway off of Anderson Road. We specialize in foreclosures and bankruptcy.

The CCC specialist assists in our call center by routing incoming calls and making the proper notation, etc. The CCC specialist is a crucial part of our organization and is a high contributing factor to our success.

Position: Client Communication Center Specialist

Specific Communication Center Functions:

? Answer and/or route all in-bound calls from clients, mortgagors, and 3rd parties

? Enter Reinstatement/Payoff requests regarding foreclosures

? Process Daily Client Reports

Education:

High school degree or equivalent; some college or degree a plus.

Qualifications: Must possess high levels of customer service and attention to detailMust have previous telephone customer service experienceMortgage loan experience/knowledge at loan servicing a plus, but not required
