Vertical Screen, Inc. (a leading employment background investigation and drug-screening firm) seeks a Client Implementation Representative.  Responsibilities will include:

 

Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client requests. Process new client orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures. Work closely with research and quality assurance departments.

 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and computer skills. Must have a professional and positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
