Client Implementation Specialist

 DESCRIPTIONWe currently have an excellent career opportunity available for a Client Implementation Specialist within our customer services department. The primary function of this position is to contact customers that have enrolled for our services and assist them through the implementation process. The Client Implementation Specialist will follow implementation process flow and update CRM accurately and will maintain relationships with clients in supporting electronic medical claims. By joining us in this role, you?ll be continually exposed to new technology and enjoy the reward of making a significant impact on our business. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.REQUIREMENTSPrimary responsibilities include:

? Providing assistance to customers by explaining, implementing and configuring our software and by bringing the client through the test file process to submit medical claims electronically to our payer base.
? Answering calls and responding to questions from the clients regarding a range of issues (such as submitting a claim electronically or HIPAA transaction questions.)
? Log calls and issues in the CRM to ensure prompt and effective follow-up.

Qualifications:
? Help desk experience is strongly preferred.
? Superior verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
? Basic understanding of healthcare claims industry.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Required knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access).
? BA/BS or equivalent experience
