Qualifications / Experience

* Minimum 2-5 Years Sales / Customer Service Experience in Direct Sales or related beauty field 
* Esthetic License and/or Skincare Experience a Strong PLUS ! 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Pleasant/Friendly phone manner 
* Strong administrative and data / order entry skills 
* Must possess solid time management skills with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities 
* MUST have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Contact Management Software ( Minimum 40WPM typing speed). 
* Bi-lingual a strong PLUS !

Job Summary

* To provide polite, courteous and knowledgeable Customer Service to Rep?chage? clients and answer any/all inquiries via phone and e-mail 
* Maintain existing salon/spa accounts, while also being PRO ACTIVE in establishing NEW direct accounts 
* Perform special projects, data mining and new client prospecting via internet and non-internet sources 
* Database management of client contact information (ACT helpful) 
* Make daily outgoing calls to qualify salons/spas to provide them with company and product information 
* Ensure rigorous follow-up to all professional inquiries, purchase orders, marketing and education requests

Compensation package including Salary, Commission, Health/Dental Insurance, 401K, Credit Union and Product Allowance.
