Job Responsibilities:

 

Primary duties

 

The APG Client Relationship Expert will be well organized and work in a team environment.  The CRE will be responsible for servicing our clients in a specific territory and responding to request from our target markets.  CRE will demonstrate product benefits to our clients and prospect in their territory.  APG targets industrial, commercial and municipal accounts throughout North America.  The position involves maintaining and supporting growth in existing accounts.  

 Handling prospect and client requestProcessing & reviewing client subscriptionsSupporting the Sales and Marketing effort in the assigned territories.Identify, and researching new accounts.Maintaining Client Relationship Management Tool.Responsible for ensure client satisfaction.

 Demonstrated writing and organizational skills with particular attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.  Must be able to communicate across all levels and functions of the client.Excellent phone and customer service skills High standard of professionalism and strong character Dynamic presentation skills.Must have the ability to think independently and follow-through thoroughly Proficiency with MS Office Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software.Enthusiastic self starter able to set priorities while juggling multiple projects/activities simultaneously.

 

Education:

 

Successful Client Relationship Expert will possess a 4-year degree with minimum two years of successful Customer Service or similar experience.  Exposure to analytical laboratory or environmental markets desired.
