Client Relationship Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Manager in our Martinsville, VA call center.The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the liaison between Accretive Commerce and one of our established clients, by coordinating, evaluating and prioritizing client service programs with all operational areas.  Duties of the Client Relationship Manager include:Reviewing all operational procedures to ensure contract adherenceCompiling and submitting operating reports to the ClientInteracting with Client management, reviewing Client contracts to understand issues and suggest enhancements to services, and evaluating Client programs as requiredCommunicating with Clients on escalated issues and interacting with Accretive Commerce management to identify and resolve issues  Working with Clients to ensure that all invoices are paid timely and resolving Client billing disputes in a professional manner

 

Requirements:  At least 3 years of operational and/or managerial experience in a call center or a distribution centerExcellent computer skills, especially Excel spreadsheet development experience and Powerpoint presentation experienceStrong written and oral communication skills including excellent grammar and usage.  College degree preferred
