CLIENT RESPONSE SPECIALIST

Profile
The Client Response Center Specialist (CRSC) is the first point of contact for Muzak clients across a variety of issues and their primary objective is first call response and resolution. The CRSC must be proficient at listeninig and resolving client issues (across a variety of Muzak products and services to include Voice, Music and Commercial TV) while navigating various Muzak applications for account information.

Qualifications include
An ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients is imperative to this position.
Requires a demonstration of flexibility, creativity, responsiveness and communication skills as well as successful planning, execution and better than adequate problem solving skills.
Must posses excellent typing and computer skills along with familiarity working in a contact center environment.
Candidate must have a high school diploma and a minimum of one year proven background experience in providing excellent support to clients and fellow employees.
