TITLE: Client Service Analyst II

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with clients, data suppliers and internal MSA teams Develop business relationship with clients to support sales efforts Help clients manage their marketing data Accountable for planning and coordinating client project assignments Maintain integrity of client deliverables Ensures successful completion of client data projects Co-ordinate functions and requests between processing areas regarding project requirements May assist in basic training of other employees but is still in learning mode for more complex client data issues. Learn MSA software and databases

 JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of related experience learning client marketing environments and data sources This is the entry-level position for client service professionals with a MBA or MS degree Innovative and proactive Good interpersonal and team skills, including ability to establish cooperative working relationships Detail oriented with good organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Can work effectively in groups and with little supervision Capable of presenting to small and large groups Working knowledge of MS Office and MSA access tools SAS and database exposure will be considered a plus Experience in writing proposals preferred
