We are seeking a Client Service Representative in the International Department of TMP Directional Marketing, specifically focusing on our client?s Yellow Page advertising. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Assist in developing client directory advertising programs in the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

?  Translate ads and documents to and from Spanish-English.

?  Process client orders, artwork and other documentations in foreign languages.

?  Maintain and coordinate international and domestic advertising program

?  Prepare directory advertising recommendations, budget, competitive analyses, and research for current and prospect clients.

?  Recommend enhancements or alternatives to existing and proposed media strategies and programs.

?  Sell the value of utilizing TMP DM services

?  Visit internal & external clients as necessary.

?  Communicate with foreign and domestic publishers as well as media agencies.

?  Negotiate with publishers in reference to special media incentives.

?  Maintain current and accurate record of accounts marketing & advertising program.

?  Participate in account cross training and special projects.

?  Gain and utilize knowledge of the clients? businesses, advertising industry, and policies in foreign countries as well as in the U.S.

?  Achieve quality client service and ensure account retention and growth.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

?Fluent in Spanish.  Experience in professional translations and additional languages, especially Portuguese,  a plus.

?  Bachelor Degree in Maketing, Communications or related field preferred.

?  Ability to solve practical problems, applying analytical reasoning.

?  Ability to effectively present proposals and deliver presentations.

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

?  Positive customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

?  Ability to work independently, attention to detail, follow through and ability to multitask.

?  PC literate (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.)
