Client Service Representative - Technical

Description: This position is responsible for handling first-level technical support, training and product implementation inquiries while continuing to enhance OCS? reputation for excellent customer support.

 

Job Responsibilities include:

?  Completing, escalating and/or following up on support inquires

?  Creating and updating support documentation

?  Completing data integrity analyses

?  Performing data importation processes

?  Documenting client interactions into call tracking system

?  Assisting with new client software implementations

?  Identifying software improvement opportunities

?  Providing group and one-on-one training

?  Other duties as requested or assigned

 

 

Position Requirements:

?  Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

?  Strong technical trouble-shooting aptitude, preferably with prior technical support experience

?  Experience with MS Office products, including Access

?  Strong organizational skills

?  Ability to work independently and establish priorities

?  Ability to multitask, take initiative and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment

 

Desired Qualifications:

?  Experience with Goldmine, WebEx and SQL

?  Basic skills in data analysis helpful

?  Familiarity with home care or other health care settings preferred

?  Experience in training or coaching groups or individuals
