Rider Bennett, LLP is currently seeking a dynamic and organized professional to perform complete client service functions for assigned attorneys and matters.
In our fast-paced, high-energy environment, your responsibilities will include setting up new client/matter in the Elite system and opening new client/matter files after conflicts clear through standard Firm procedures, preparing and distributing monthly mailings of client invoices for approval, and maintaining client/matter information for data integrity. Additional duties include assisting attorneys and legal administrative assistants in resolving issues related to time and billing.
Requirements for the position include a minimum of one-year relevant experience preferably in a professional services environment (law firm experience desirable). Additional requirements include excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and make decisions, proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards, effective problem-solving skills, strong customer service skills plus a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of attorneys and staff. Knowledge of legal terminology desired.
