Client Service Sr. Account Rep

We are looking for highly motivated, career-oriented people who like working in a fast paced environment. The preferred candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, detail oriented creative thinking and innovative decision making skills, and must have a working knowledge of commercial print production, direct mail marketing, and production desktop graphics.

Position Description

You?ll join a team of high-energy associates whose purpose is to service the needs of large national clients and their dealers participating in ADVO?s Decentralized Services direct mail advertising programs. This is a fast paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong customer focus.

In this role you will be responsible for managing to deadlines, the creation, production and distribution processes of complex direct mail marketing programs. This will include coordinating the creation and production of printed advertising material, and the distribution of that material through multiple regional and national distribution channels. You will be required to process, manage and accurately convey detailed product and order specifications. You will be expected to work and communicate in a professional manner with clients, sale and other ADVO associates.

Requirements

Fundamental knowledge of production graphics, commercial print, print advertising and direct mail marketing.
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple and diverse client specific programs simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, sales and operationally personnel.
PC literacy: MS Office Products, e-mail, Internet and database management.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong commitment to meeting client needs.
Flexibility to work as necessary to support client program requirements.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.
