Client Services Account Executive

Position Description? -

The?Client Services Account Executive (CSAE). is mission-critical to FIMC and its clients.? The CSAE is the 'voice and ears of our clients needs and opportunities'.??This position is fully accountable and responsible for consistently delivering positive support and energy, accurate and thorough?product, benefit and program knowledge (by client and state), and a 'how can I provide outstanding service' attitude every day, on every inbound or outbound call.? Will have contact with client branch office lending personnel.? Will interact with and support the needs of company personnel (both Headquarters and Field Sales) and National Account Directors.

Qualifications -

Self-starter, consistently producing high quality, productive results with minimal supervision.

Embraces and adapts to change easily

Enjoys and excels in a high call volume, high production environment.

PC Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written skills.
