Client Services Administrator

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing client satisfaction to support and enhance business relationships.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Launches new projects/applications for Fortune 100 clients. Interacts with cross-functional teams to facilitate.
Researches and responds to internal and external client inquiries.
Prepares and validates client reporting on a regular basis.
Establishes and maintains excellent client and vendor relationships.
Other duties as assigned, and /or required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Basic knowledge of printing processes desired
Skills and Abilities
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet assigned timelines.
Flexibility and adaptability necessary to thrive in an innovative, fast- paced environment with shifting priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills for consultation with clients and vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to extend workday, and/or respond to emergency calls as needed.
Knowledge and skills identified typically are acquired through attainment of a Bachelor?s degree, plus one to two years? client service and/or customer service in a call center environment.
