We're looking for a Client Services Manager who maintains client satisfaction; manages staff; achieves service objectives; prepares budget and controls expenses; determines service requirements and standards;resolves problems; maintains a highly effective and professional client team; and truely values teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

Makes effective decisions with limited time and information. Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities.

Designs the organization for optimal client service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each client.

Develops detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. Effectively allocates resources and time across groups or departments.

Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees.

Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve capacity, productivity, and cost. Committed to continuous improvement.

Develops best practices. Establishes standards, policies, and workflows.

Designs and manages processes to monitor progress and to maximize performance.
