Client Services Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

At U.S. Financial Management, Inc. we help consumers improve their financial stability with one of the nation's top debt reduction plans. Our revolutionary debt settlement program, MyDebtNegotiation, allows consumers to avoid bankruptcy and to get out of debt quickly and affordably.

 

We are looking for a dynamic Client Services Representative (CSR). The CSR must be professional, courteous and possess excellent customer service skills and pleasant telephone mannerisms.  CSR must possess dependability, motivation, confidence, and a positive attitude in helping people.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this position is approximately two (2) years customer-facing/phone experience. Previous customer service experience in debt negotiation, credit counseling, collections, or financial services is highly desirable.  You must possess the ability to work independently, effectively and multi-task.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service and problem solving to MyDebtNegotiation clients Assures accurate and timely telephone service to all clients Conducts outgoing calls to clients to support the operations; sales and negotiations, as requested Responds promptly and professionally to the needs of the client Communicate and work closely with a variety of USFM internal departments Handle account inquiries, input client communication, and explain the USFM MyDebtNegotiation program Research and resolve account issues in response to client requests over the phone Other projects or duties as assigned.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: CLIENT FOCUS: Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with clients on the telephone COMMUNICATION:  Ability to listen attentively to others, ask appropriate questions and speak and write in a clear and understandable manner TEAMWORK: Ability to partner with other USFM departments (sales, negotiations, and administrative) COMPUTER SKILLS: typing speed of at least 40 WPM, knowledge MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet navigation

 

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:

 Minimum of two (2)+ years customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredCreditSoft experience or other debt management software is preferred, but not requiredGeneral computer skills (Adobe, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, a plus)  Bilingual in English/Spanish is desired.
