Client Svcs Rep

Qualifications : This position is rquired to have a BA or BS or equivalent customer services and/or managed care experience. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills are required. The ability to function independently is vitally important. The incumbent is required to have basic computer skills, a pleasant and professional phone manner, and a dedicated pro-active, customer service approach to all aspects of the job. Bilingual fluency is a plus.
