Cognos Senior Support Analyst ORIG
The Cognos Senior Support Analyst will be providing support to Deltek clients on products such as Enterprise Planner, Impromptu, Reportnet, IWR, Powerplay. You will work with clients to answer their application questions and resolve their issues by analyzing the client's data and/or steps taken.
The following skills are recommended for this position:
* Strong knowledge of Enterprise Planner
* Knowledge of ReportNet, IWR and Powerplay and Impromptu are desirable
* Good customer service, communication, reasoning, and logic skills
* Strong team player with good follow-through skills.
This position requires very strong knowledge of Cognos Impromptu and Enterprise Planner applications.Knowledge of ReportNet, Analyst, IWR and Powerplay are desirable. The ideal candidate must have:
* application support experience and excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication, reasoning, and logic skills. Must be even-tempered and courteous under pressure
* Strong team player.
* Excellent follow-through skills.
* Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
* Accounting or Business degree with 3 years of experience.
* Experience with Cognos applications strongly desired.
