Collection Counselor - Repossesions

Job Description: Collection of 60+ days delinquent automobile loans. Some dialer work. Extensive manual work to include initializing skip tracing efforts. Identifying potential losses and potential candidates for workout options. Additional duties and overtime as required.

Job Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum one year collection experience

Call center experience

Strong skip tracing attributes

Ability to work in tandem with outside vendors to resolve delinquent accounts
