As an Advanta Collection Supervisor, you will be responsible to:

 * Oversee the collection activity on delinquent small business credit card account portfolio.
 * Provide on-the-floor coaching, development, support, direction and feedback to staff.
 * Support strategic vision of Collections leadership through program implementation, communication and feedback.

Requirements:
 * Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience preferred and proven leadership skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent organization and time management skills
 * Ability to independently gather, interpret, and prepare critical performance measurement data
 * Complete understanding of production dynamic tools specific to call center environments
 * Strong mentoring and coaching skills that incorporate influence and persuasion skill sets
 * Thorough understanding to all FDCPA, FDIC, and applicable laws governing the collection arena
 * Knowledge of call center technology relative to campaign tracking and Management Information Systems
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 * Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent PC and technical skills relative to basic Window applications
collection and call center experience preferred.
