Collections/Customer Services Representative

CIG Financial, an Irvine auto finance company, has provided loans to consumers through our network of independent auto dealers for more than 20 years.  We offer a fun, friendly business-casual work environment.

 

We are currently seeking a qualified Collection Representative for timely and effective collection of delinquent accounts.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Making outbound calls to customers and vendorsReceiving inbound callsAsking customers for paymentsProviding excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving customer disputesNegotiating repayment arrangementsNotifying customers of impact of delinquency

 

QualificationsMust be bilingual (English/Spanish) to converse with our customers and dealersSkip tracing experienceRepossession authorityEffective queue managementProficient data entry skillsStrong negotiation and communication skills
