Collections Representatives

Job Description: COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE I ENTRY LEVEL
Contact customers with delinquent accounts, initiate appropriate action, maintain accurate records and documentations. Collections Representative is responsible for full compliance with FDCPA and any specifications from the client. Directly reports to the Team Manager.
Must possess strong communication skills, be able to listen effectively and operate two or more independent computer systems simultaneously. Strong negotiating skills, problem solving ability, and good judgment. Must be a self- starter who can meet and exceed established productivity standards: For example Calls per hour, Dollars Collected, and Promises Kept percentage.
