These positions are in a corporate environement & focus on making BUSINESS TO BUSINESS reminder / follow up calls on invoices.

ON THE JOB / PAID TRAINING!

$15.35 PER HOUR + OVER TIME PAID AT TIME AND A HALF

MONDAY - FRIDAY, DAY SHIFT HOURS

QUALIFICATIONS 

? Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years customer service experience required; collections experience highly desired.

? Demonstrated ability to promote ideas and negotiate win/win solutions with clients as well as the proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

? Results-oriented; ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and other departments

? Excellent project management and organizational skills

? Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel).
