Collector I - CCS

Job Description: Under general supervision, communicates with delinquent or overlimit cardholders to obtain late payments or overlimit NSF amounts. Adjusts fees and charges as appropriate. Reviews and analyzes financial situations and arranges repayment programs within procedural criteria. Calls or writes customers to request payment of delinquent amount and restrict use of high balance accounts. Maintains accurate documentation of all cardholder contact and location information via the online collection system. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Experience:
High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Zero to twelve months collection experience preferred
