Responsibilities:

Summary: To ensure receivables are collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews invoices prepared by billing department for accuracy.

2. Reviews open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.

3. Initiates collection calls.

4. Researches account discrepancies.

5. Communicates collection results/problems with National Account Managers.

6. Incumbents may assist in orienting and training lower level employees.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have a HS Diploma or GED, 0-2 years of collections experience or a strong interest in learning collections, at least 6 months experience in a customer contact/inbound service environment, knowledge of windows, and a stable work history.
