Job Responsibilities:

? Collecting of customer accounts

? Assist customers with problem solving

? Interact with sales representatives and branch managers to understand disputes and coordinate repossessions



Candidate Requirements:

? Must have 2+ years commercial collections experience

? Aggressive and results-oriented

? Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the business

? A track record of employment success

? Driven to succeed ? a Make it Happen attitude

? Effective priority setting and time management

? High expectations of self and others

? Relationship builder and effective communicator

? Good customer service skills

? Computer & IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
