About the Opportunity
We need a talented individual to fill the role of Consultant Services Representative. This individual will be responsible for a variety of duties including order entry via Counterpoint from fax, e-mail, and phone as well as answering calls and/or e-mails from consultants regarding order problems, backorders, shipping problems, damaged products, etc. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to entering new applications, and welcoming new recruits via phone or e-mail.

 

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
-Proper telephone etiquette including interested tone and manner.
-Proficient in handling difficult calls and unsatisfied customers.
-Ability to negotiate solutions that result in a positive outcome that is consistent with the company?s guidelines and mission.
-Previous customer service experience.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to organize and prioritize work duties as well as multi-task and problem solve.
-Accurate and detail oriented.
-Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
-Team player.
-Flexible and adaptable to change.
-Available for overtime as required. May work occasional weekends
