Sales and Service Specialist (Contact Center)


Key Responsibilities

- Answer a wide variety customer and distribution partner telephone and email inquiries

- Handle USA inbound calls out-of-hours as well as peak UK Morning calls. Servicing primarilypossible sales.

- Troubleshoot eos website service problems and assist corporate, travel agency, and direct consumer users with completing transactions

- Handle customer complaint inquiries from discovery through research and resolution

- Provide support to eos airport passenger handling staff as needed

- Provide special services support (limos, Dayrooms, etc) for customers and eos personnel to ensure guest satisfaction


Qualifications

- Experience in a reservations contact center environment

- Experience with telephone or direct sales

- Possess a genuine desire to help others

- Proficiency with MS Office and internet based software applications

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- A self starter that can work with little supervision

- Willing to work flexible hours
