This position responds to Customer telephone inquiries, interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution. Determines appropriate course of action to be taken and notifies departments of steps needed to resolve issues. Explains resolution process to customers.  Monitors resolution process to insure follow through on requests.  Performs all duties in accordance with HomeBanc policies and procedures, all state and federal regulations, and investor contracts and guidelines.  Some positions may require fluency in Spanish.  Maintain ARM-related Customer Service Guarantee redemptions (overall team and individual Customer Service Satisfaction) within overall corporate CSG redemption target.

 Required Knowledge of:Experience with consumer products and servicesBanking/ Mortgage Industry is a plusBilling & payment history experience helpful, although preferably not via collections experience

 Required Skills:Must be Bi-lingual in SpanishExcellent verbal skillsExcellent listening skillsFlexible Scheduling

 Required Abilities:Desire to work in Contact Center environmentCustomer service / satisfaction mentalityProfessionalismEffective multi-tasker REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCE:


? 2+ years of contact center experience

? Phone focused, but email/chat support experience a plus

? Banking / mortgage experience a plus

? Experience with consumer products and services

? Billing & payment history experience helpful, although preferably not via collections experience

? Tier-2 or escalation team experience a plus
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
