Contact Center Reps (Phone Bankers)

We are expanding our hours, which means we need to expand our team! Currently, we have 7 new openings for Contact Center Representatives who love working with customers and strive to ensure member satisfaction! These are not your ordinary call center positions. Our Contact Center Representative position is essentially a personal banker, just over the phone.

In this position, you will offer outstanding customer service by transacting, via computer and phone, anything from routine financial business for members quickly and accurately to approving and opening new accounts or auto loans! In addition you will become each members trusted advisor by maintaining up to date product knowledge and communicating products and services to members based on members? needs. Your problem solving skills will be put to good use as you resolve discrepancies on member?s accounts. The training you will receive upon hire will prepare you to be one of the most knowledgeable resources our members have available to them.

Qualified candidates will have:

At least 1-2 years previous experience in customer service.
1 year previous call center or financial experience a plus.

Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to read and write. Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Ability to work well with the public in person and on the phone.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Ten key calculator and computer competency.

Status: 40 hours
