Join the Team:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this position will be responsible for processing service contracts while ensuring compliance of contractual terms. The individual in this position will be responsible for working closely with internal and external customers to resolve billing and customer service issues.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Hi level of proficiency in Excel
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Prior data entry experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills are essential
- Oracle experience a plus
