Corporate Customer Care Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Corporate Customer Care Representative is the primary point of contact for handling phone and e-mail inquiries for corporate recognition program recipients. You will be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipment of gifts and assisting with the return of damaged merchandise. Your main goal will be to provide customers with an exceptional customer experience by answering calls promptly, providing accurate information about recognition programs and merchandise, adhering to call handling quality guidelines and setting clear follow-up/resolution expectations. You will also be expected to adhere to stringent department guidelines regarding call handling metrics and inquiry follow-up and resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT IS A MUST !
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional analytical and time management skills.
Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must also have 1-2 years of experience working with customers in a call center environment.
