Counselor

We are seeking several weight loss counselors to join our growing team. The counseling department has quadrupled in size, but we still need a few more great people with a strong desire to help clients improve their lives! Counselors are responsible for providing support (over the phone and via email) to customers on the NutriSystem program in an effort to help reach their weight loss goals.

 

Qualification/Requirements:
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. Our in-depth training program will enable the successful candidates to strengthen their counseling skills, while enhancing their professional development in the areas of exercise, behavior modification, dietary and nutritional needs.

 

Essential Skills and Experience:Professional related experience and/or college degree in a related field such as; psychology, physiology, nutrition, healthcare. New graduates and senior level college students are encouraged to apply! Excellent communication skills are mandatory Must have a strong desire to help people improve their lives Computer proficiency a must

 

Compensation
