The CE Shop is headquartered in Fargo, ND and provides professional education courses to licensed professionals.  Our courses are designed as self-study, delivered via mail order booklets and CD-ROMS or as interactive online experiences.  The company is currently serving licensed Real Estate professionals in the states of Michigan and Georgia with aggressive plans for growth.

 

 

Title: Course Consultant

 

Position Overview:

 

This person is front line ?face to face? on the phone and online with the customer.  This person will be knowledgeable about our courses, including the requirements our customers have to meet, and the process they need to know and follow.  This person will need to bring these pieces together for a positive and EASY education experience.  They are a coach, mentor and guide for our customers as they navigate through their CE process. The ideal candidate has a true passion for providing excellent customer service and has a keen eye for attention to detail.

 

Essential Duties:

 Manage inbound sales and customer service opportunitiesGrade tests that are returned from CE customersManage course certificates of completionManage the preparation and shipping of ordersPrepare and send marketing packagesManage customer and course databasesExemplify and incorporate company philosophies and valuesManage communication and filing with state regulatory agenciesEnsure a quality customer experienceManage customer feedback and communication

 

Skills Required:

 A minimum of 3 years experience in direct customer service/salesExtremely detail orientedExcellent written and verbal skillsResourceful and creativeTeam skills and positive attitudeA passion for customer service

 

Technical Skills:

 MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficiency with the world wide web and other intuitive web based applications

 

Compensation:

 Competitive hourly based on experience.Additional incentive based on company sales production and customer satisfaction feedback
