Credit Counselor - Phoenix

Money Management International/Consumer Credit Counseling Services is a non-profit credit counseling agency, servicing clients nationwide. Our primary services include credit and budget education, personal and confidential credit counseling, and debt management.



We currently have an immediate opening for a qualified and experienced Credit Counselor in our Phoenix, AZ call center located in the Metro Center area. This position, working with clients, will exercise independent judgment and discretion analyzing clients? specific circumstances, providing customized recommendations and courses of action to enable them to reduce/eliminate debt through education, and/or referral to other assistance organizations. This position may develop customized budget and/or debt management plans to enable clients to reduce debt and re-establish good credit, to include proposing/coordination acceptable payment schedules with creditors. Bilingual a plus!

We require two years experience in finance, collections, credit counseling and outstanding sales and marketing skills. Must possess high school diploma or GED, and be bondable. Must have solid computer skills.
