Job Description:

As a Credit Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to process customer requests for lien waivers and releases. Specifically, you will validate the accuracy and contact the customer in situations where the waiver or release cannot be approved as submitted by the customer; verify the accuracy of the time period and dollar amount of the request, and obtain the necessary signature and notarization. You will also process preliminary notices (notice of intent) and the statutorily required documents per applicable state laws and credit office procedures.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, be highly self motivated and be able to work with limited supervision. They will answer incoming calls in a high volume environment, and must be able to respond to customers inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner. You will also process department invoices for payment, maintain detailed records, do data entry and work effectively with all Microsoft applications. You must have a good work ethic and be a flexible team member when situations warrant. Other duties include, filing, mailing and calling small balance credit accounts.
