We are currently seeking a Credit Telephonist. This team-oriented position makes business to business calls to inquire about past due balances and identify the problems that need to be solved. This position requires excellent problem solving and communication skills, keyboard knowledge and basic computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Must type 35 wpm and be customer service minded. Fluency in French is required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year customer service experience and a stable work history. Only resumes meeting these requirements will be considered for the position.
