ResponsibilitiesTo provide quality service to MMI?s creditor clients while further developing existing relationships, identify potential areas of concern on client?s accounts and inform the proper Support Counselor of the situationResponsible for a large volumne of inbound/outbound telephone calls with creditor clientsObtain and update necessary information for effective account servicing Review and resolve creditor related issues and/or concerns

 

Requirements

? High School Diploma or Equivalent

? Excellent written and oral communication skills.

? Must be detail oriented and able to organize multiple projects simultaneously.
