Our Criminal Background Division is seeking a Team Lead for our CSP Team in Largo, FL. This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor in managing the Criminal CSP team including but not limited to training, quality control, disciplinary action, employee reviews and answering day to day questions. This role is also responsible for assisting in improving and maintaining daily production to meet the clients expectations.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have previous Team Lead experience within a call center environment with the ability to professionally handle directing and supporting a team of employees. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and possess analytical, problem solving, and strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Above average computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel are desired along with a willingness to work in an environment that is constantly changing and driven by internal and external customer requests. Customer Service background with some account management is a plus
