Description:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and advisors. Communicate and work closely with internal business partners, educate callers on various processes, and research and help to resolve problems in response to requests over the phone. Work in a fast paced, constantly changing team environment where members develop leadership, coaching and feedback skills.

Qualifications:
Excellent phone and customer service skills. Prior customer service experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as excellent PC skills. Proven problem solving skills, able to handle fast paced, often changing environment around procedures, processes and organizational structure. Must be flexible to work a shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
