Customer Account Manager
Customer Account Representative is needed for an International Manufacturer. Position will include taking incoming calls from a set account grouping and servicing them completely from start to finish. Will be handling high volume orders and explaining products and procedures. Very technical work. Must have a manufacturing or technical background in account management or inside sales and experience in a call center environment. Will be taking an average of 40 phone calls a day, very detailed conversations. responsible for responding to customer
requests via phone, fax and e-mail, working closely with field sales and authorized distribution to manage accounts, understanding customer applications and needs, processing orders, samples and expedites, and providing price and delivery information.
Candidate needs to possess strong communication skills both written and oral. A great upbeat personality is a must! Will also be calling existing clients to talk about promotions- ideal candidate will succeed at developing strong relationships with customers. Clear enunciation and grammar is very important.
The right candidate must be flexible, dedicated and outgoing to work in this fast-paced environment.
