Customer Account Representative

 

This position provides prompt, courteous, professional sales and customer service via telephone. Specific duties:Maintain customer master files with error free order entry and data entry Provide sales volume numbers to management Meet and surpass assigned sales quotasCommunicate directly with customersGather and document PO?s, handle customer confirmations, and correct errors.Log all sales, calls, and requests into Goldmine softwareCollect and maintain files on invoices, customer correspondence, company products, policy, pricing, and customer complaintsComplete all forms that pertain to returns, allowances, complaints and forward to the appropriate department

 

Qualified candidates must be energetic & agressive, posses a Bachelor's degree, and previous experience in specialty gift sales and consumer relations.  Candidates must have excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills. Computer proficiency in MS (Excel & Word), Anzio, Lotus Notes, and Goldmine is preferred. Must be able to provide high quality customer service and problem solving abilities.
