Customer Account Specialist

 

Continental Cabinets Manufacturing, Inc. is a Dallas based cabinet manufacturing company.  Continental Cabinets, Inc. sells nationally to home center retailers and cabinet distributors.  We are growing and seeking creative individuals who can work in a fast paced changing environment.  This is not a call center.  The Corporate Office is located south of downtown Dallas with easy access from Mid-Cities or the Dallas North Tollway.

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS

 

Our ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Candidates must be able to multi-task and work as a team player, providing courteous and professional assistance to customers and co-workers alike. 

 

Daily work load will include (but not limited to) daily phone calls from retailers and end users, processing orders, issuing credit, scheduling orders for production and delivery appointments, maintaining accurate customer records and communicating all issues or ideas to management.

 

Position requires strong documentation, follow through and organizational skills.  Fast paced work environment; must be energetic and work well under pressure.  Candidates must be self motivated with a sense of urgency and be able to manage their workload.  This opportunity is excellent for individuals who are seeking advancement in Marketing or Manufacturing Operations.

 

 We are looking for strong, stable individuals with a solid work history; someone who is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer and the company.

 

 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

 Must have strong computer skills including Excel, Word and OutlookAS400 knowledge a plusSales education or any type of kitchen cabinet design education a plus.

This position is an hourly paid position and overtime is paid if the individual works more than 40 hours during the pay period.  The normal workweek is Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, but some Saturday work might be required.
