Customer Auto Representative - Bankruptcy

Job Description: Assist in monitoring the bankruptcy portfolio, which is serviced by an outside vendor. Review and analyze reports to audit the vendor’s performance while ensuring that established timelines and parameters are met. Conduct research, forward requested documents and information to our bankruptcy vendor. Verify status of bankrupt accounts by accessing the court records electronically. Must be efficient in validating data and interpreting notes on the system of record. Initiates necessary actions to assist in managing bankruptcy accounts. Provides support as a team player to ensure completion of departments daily responsibilities.

Job Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations

Ability to perform moderate to complex tasks

General math skills and attentive to detail

Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications

Ability to use general office equipment
