Minimum requirements?for this role are:
?Friendly outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.Adaptability and flexibility in a state of constant change.Assimilates and applies new job-related information in a timely manner.Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and resources.1-2 years of call center experience in a fast paced, detail oriented center.Ability to work at desk for extended periods of time. Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.????
Operations/Logistics Knowledge (Preferred)
Computer Knowledge: Siebel, SAP, BW, and EDI (Preferred)??????????????
