Customer Care Representative - International

TV Guide is currently seeking an exceptional candidate that desires to be part of the Customer Care team.  The primary purpose of this position is to provide Int?l customer support for TV Guide Services in Latin America and Canada including data customization and low level troubleshooting for all TV Guide Television Group products.

 

Responsibilities include:

Answering and processing incoming customer requests received by phone, fax and email, perform quality assurance steps on customers? messages, and additional responsibilities as assigned or requested.

 

Qualifications:
Fluent written and oral skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Windows NT, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

? Must have a strong customer service background and the ability to escalate customer issues according to documented escalation procedures.
Knowledge of Cable and Satellite TV industry.
Must be able to troubleshoot.
Must be a team-player.
Must possess strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
Must be able to multi-task.
