Customer Care Representative (Part time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

?  Responsible for assisting inbound and outbound customers

?  Identifying the potential customer?s interest in our products

?  Accurately recording customer information into the appropriate system(s)

?  Ensuring proper transfer of customers to Loan Officers

?  Maintaining Call Center work flow for target dates and goals

?  Identifying potential problems and communicating to management timely

?  Placing outbound calls using a predictive dialing system

?  Taking inbound calls utilizing an ACD phone system

 Qualifications:

?  High school diploma or equivalent

?  Experience in a Call Center, sales, and/or telemarketing environment

?  Excellent customer service skills

?  Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills

?  Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

?  Minimum typing speed of 35wpm

?  Ability to use 10-key function

We are currently seeking Representatives for the following shifts:

 

Monday - Friday: 10am - 3pm

Monday - Friday: 3pm - 8pm
